If you want to go to the nearest BUY-MART and grab the first thing off the shelves you see that appeals to you, you're more than welcome. Carolina Custom Sound's method is based around the business axiom of "tailoring to our customer's needs", and this involves effort on the customer's part. We provide a FREE ON SITE CONSULTATION to, firstly, familiarize ourselves with our customer and his/her house and, secondly, to approximate our customer's desires and the labor force needed to complete the job. WE provide this service for free because we believe site surveys are a courtesy, not a contractual obligation. If an installation company charges you to come out to your house, they are probably betting that you won't do the job with them, and they want to "salvage" what they can of their time. Carolina Custom Sound approaches each site survey as the first link in a long, healthy chain of business communications and interactions. We're here to earn your trust and business for life.

Our system designers are exactly that, they arrive at the site to draft a basic idea of what is to be expected, then forward the information so the rest of the process can continue. Our designers are not salesmen, they do not quote, nor do they make promises they can't keep. They MAY be able to give you a general idea of what to expect as far as equipment price, but each job is unique and we take that into consideration with our quotes. Generally within 48 hours of having a site survey, you will be contacted, either by phone or email, with a BUSINESS PROPOSAL; this proposal will combine all of the information from the site survey with prices, detailed options and different paths to acheive your dream theater. It will also include every feasible cost associated with the job; There will be no surprises, added costs or hidden fees. We try to make our proposals as clear as possible, but we know technological words can sometimes have the guise of gibberish... so, please, call us about any questions or concerns.

If you make the decision to proceed forward from the proposal, an INSTALLATION DATE will be scheduled, generally within the same week. We are not a large company like cable or satellite companies who will make you wait 2 months to see the cogs of progress turning. We will schedule the installation at your nearest convenience, within reason. Sometimes product delivery can slow us down, sometimes not; it depends on the product and its availability. We will arrive to the location with all of the equipment and ready to complete the job on the installation date. We will treat your home with respect and complete the work as efficiently as the circumstances allow. Payment is expected WHEN SERVICES ARE RENDERED; please note that once you pay, we will not leave you high and dry. The completion of the work only fulfills our contract, not our promise to you...

Our promise is simple, WE STAND BY OUR WORK. Your labor has a 12 month warranty; but your respect and trust does not. We leave you with a full demonstration of your equipment, printed instructions on operation and business cards just in case something goes wrong. Call us. Tomorrow. Next Month. Next year. Whenever you have a problem, we will be there for you. It is another of our courtesies to you. We do the job, and we stand by it's execution for as long as you have the equipment. As long as we caused the problem (be it through execution, operation or set up), we will fix it free of charge.
