Return/Refund Policy
Product pricing and availability is subject to change with or without notice. All returns and exchanges must be approved by Carolina Custom Sound before being sent back and a return authorization number (RAN) must be obtained. Carolina Custom Sound reserves the right to deny any return and/or exchange for any reason. All special orders, softwares, and custom services can not be returned or exchanged. Remaining items, subject to Carolina Custom Sound's approval, can be returned for exchange and/or refund within 15 days of Purchase.  All returns must be in original box and in original condition. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. A Service charge of 1.5% per month will be added to all amounts invoiced if not paid on or before the due date. Any costs incurred for collection including applicable attorneys' fees--shall be the responsibility of the client.  Customer further agrees that proper venue in the event of legal action shall be in the County of Davie, State of North Carolina.
